We spend the weekend in silence without communicating with other group members. We turn our attention to our own innermost being and the questions that arise from there, who or what am I really? To support the process, we use writing in the creative stream of consciousness. We're giving up the phone, computer, books, magazines, watch, etc. for the weekend.
