Live in wonder days include e.g.:

-Peaceful, quiet morning coffee shop. Creative writing, lyrics.

-Diving into the wonders of nature, walking in silence, mental exercises, body work

- A lunch of joy and abundance made together

- A little tinkering with everyday life, about the state of presence. Music, dancing and singing are allowed and recommended

-Evening silence, creative movement, meditation, conscious listening to the body

- Gentle evening sauna. Herbs, salt baths and essential oils for pampering

-Evening tea time in the heart circle, we share thoughts and feelings, we are present to ourselves and others.
