About the event
This course focuses on the Tara Buddha, or the sacred of the female Buddha to the energies of feminine. We make a short and traditional Tara Buddha exercise, or sadhana, in the mornings, during the day, and in the evening. Exercise at the center is the mantra of Tara Buddha, which we recite together with the exercise in accordance with.
